“Pepera” (almost always feminine) in Peru is the woman who is dedicated to seducing men at parties, clubs, bars, etc. to drug them while they drink some liquor, and thus sleep them and steal everything (in some cases they are left only in their underwear or dead).
It is also used as a verb: “pepear”.
And the thief has not been captured and I did not recover my money or my goods, because I did not file a complaint against her at the police station because they informed me that although she could be identified by the video surveillance cameras, there was no way to prove that she drugged me to rob me; I’m fed up with impunity, I’m fed up with groups that demonize all men and sanctify all women, I’m fed up with people who justify these criminals; the comment of a person regarding the news and video outraged me; The news is that two extortionists, who on a motorcycle approach to kill a woman extorted by them, suffer the mishap in which one of them accidentally fires his firearm at the head of his accomplice and leaves him seriously injured leaving the scene. .
